Henry McIlveen has spent more than 20 years leading IT infrastructure, security, and transformation at global scale — across industrial, logistics and distribution environments spanning Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific and China.
His work spans the full operational-to-strategic spectrum: from hands-on incident management and vendor governance to cybersecurity frameworks, OT/IT architecture, enterprise risk management and organisational change. He has led cyber resilience programmes, implemented CMMI-based maturity models, designed ransomware-resilient architectures and driven technology transformation in environments where operational continuity is non-negotiable.
