Henry McIlveen has spent over a decade running logistics IT infrastructure, security, and transformation at global scale — managing platform portfolios spanning Blue Yonder WMS, Centiro, Splunk, KNAPP, SAP integrations, Jira and Confluence across distribution centres in Europe and Asia-Pacific.
His work spans the full operational-to-strategic spectrum: from hands-on incident management and vendor governance to cybersecurity frameworks, OT/IT architecture, and organisational change. He has led cyber resilience programmes, implemented CMMI-based maturity models, and driven technology transformation in environments where operational continuity is non-negotiable.
